Please follow steps down below to complete Pre-Tenancy application. Process of application usually takes around 3-5 working days (urgent cases otherwise).

You will be contacted within 5 working days if your application is successfully processed, otherwise, we are very sorry to say your application was not successful.  

There are two types of Tenancies we offer, Flexible or Fixed term.

Fixed Term Tenancy cannot be terminated before the end date stated on the Tenancy Agreement, unless agreement is reached between both parties. 

Flexible can be short term or long term. It can be terminated by either party giving the required notice.

At the end of the Tenancy. Full bond will be refunded directly from Tenancy Service to tenant at the end of the Tenancy, only if there is no damage to the premises, no rent arrears, no additional cleaning fee, or no other outstanding costs owing to landlord. The landlord may make a claim against tenant's bond.

Bond refund process usually takes 5 working days, please contact Tenancy Services directly to inquire about your bond at 0800 737 666.  

If you are in a Fixed Term Tenancy, neither you nor landlord can terminate it. However, you may sublet your Tenancy (a subletting fee applies) if consent is given by landlord. Please contact your property manager.

Yes, it can. However, it can only be increased after 180 days of the Tenancy starting date or after 180 days of any previous rent increase. The landlord must give you 60 days notice before they increase any rent. 

Please contact your property manager(s) as soon as possible. If it is outside of business hour, please try calling and sending text message.

In the case of break in, fire, earthquake etc, please deal 111 immediately and report to your property manager as soon as you can.
